We transformed fragmented spreadsheets, phone calls and scattered WhatsApp conversations into a complete SaaS platform that centralised planning, improved collaboration and increased transparency for event planners and clients.
The Challenge
Professional wedding planners in India were coordinating tasks, vendors, budgets and client communication across Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, email and phone calls - with no single source of truth, and no easy way to see whether a given wedding was actually profitable until well after it was over.
Every wedding pulls together dozens of moving parts - vendors, deadlines, payments, guest lists, approvals - and when that information lives in five different tools, keeping it all straight becomes its own full-time job.
The Approach
We built All Things Wed, a dedicated wedding management platform for professional planners: task and vendor management with reusable templates that auto-schedule from the wedding date, a live budget and profit-and-loss view for each wedding, guest RSVP collection over WhatsApp and email, and a dedicated mobile experience that gives couples their own view of their wedding's progress - without needing to message their planner for updates.
The platform gives every role its own view of the same wedding: planners get full operational control, team members see only the tasks assigned to them, and couples see a simplified, relevant view of their day - all drawing from one connected source of truth instead of five disconnected ones.
What Changed
